This site, sreevai.com, is operated by SREEV AI, a sole proprietorship run by Akshay Patil in the United Kingdom, trading as SreevAI. We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and message. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies on this site. Only strictly necessary cookies required to serve the site may be set.

We use your submission to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. Our legal basis is legitimate interests, namely responding to enquiries you have initiated with us.

Messages are stored on our managed backend, hosted in the EU or UK region. Where any transfer outside the UK is necessary, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent standard contractual clauses.

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless a longer retention period is needed to manage an ongoing engagement or to meet a legal obligation.
